1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
การเข้าใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Moowan AI (“แพลตฟอร์ม”, “เรา”) ที่โดเมน revoxai.ai ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ของเรา หากคุณใช้งานในนามองค์กร คุณรับรองว่ามีอำนาจผูกพันองค์กรนั้น
2. บริการของแพลตฟอร์ม
แพลตฟอร์มให้บริการผู้ช่วย AI สำหรับองค์กร ได้แก่ การสนทนากับโมเดล AI · agent อัตโนมัติ · คลังความรู้ (RAG) · การเชื่อมต่อบริการภายนอก (เช่น Gmail, Google Drive/Sheets/Calendar, OneDrive, LINE) · ตัวจัดการไฟล์บนคลาวด์ไดรฟ์ที่ผูกไว้ · และเครื่องมือบริหารองค์กร ฟีเจอร์ที่ใช้ได้ขึ้นกับสิทธิ์และการตั้งค่าขององค์กรของคุณ
3. บัญชีผู้ใช้และองค์กร
- คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและรักษารหัสผ่าน/บัญชีของคุณให้ปลอดภัย — การกระทำผ่านบัญชีถือเป็นการกระทำของคุณ
- บัญชีถูกสร้างหรือเชิญโดยผู้ดูแลองค์กร — ผู้ดูแลองค์กรมีสิทธิ์จัดการสมาชิก สิทธิ์การใช้งาน และข้อมูลภายในองค์กรตนเอง
- การเชื่อมต่อบัญชีภายนอก (เช่น Google) เป็นทางเลือกของคุณ และยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อที่หน้าตั้งค่า
4. ข้อห้ามในการใช้งาน
- ใช้ในทางผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือส่ง/สร้างเนื้อหาที่เป็นอันตราย (มัลแวร์ สแปม ฟิชชิง)
- พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลขององค์กรหรือผู้ใช้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือหลบเลี่ยงมาตรการความปลอดภัย
- ใช้ระบบส่งอีเมล/ข้อความอัตโนมัติในลักษณะสแปมหรือฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (เช่น Google, LINE)
- รบกวนเสถียรภาพของระบบ เช่น ยิงคำขอปริมาณผิดปกติเกินโควตาที่กำหนด
5. เนื้อหาของคุณ
เนื้อหาที่คุณอัปโหลดหรือสร้าง (ข้อความ เอกสาร ไฟล์) ยังเป็นของคุณหรือองค์กรของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราประมวลผลเนื้อหาเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ (เช่น จัดเก็บ ทำดัชนี ส่งให้โมเดล AI ตามคำสั่ง) คุณรับรองว่ามีสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหาที่นำเข้าระบบ
6. ผลลัพธ์จาก AI
คำตอบของโมเดล AI สร้างขึ้นโดยอัตโนมัติ อาจไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน — โปรดตรวจสอบก่อนใช้ตัดสินใจสำคัญ ผลลัพธ์ไม่ถือเป็นคำแนะนำทางกฎหมาย การแพทย์ หรือการเงิน
7. บริการภายนอก
การเชื่อมต่อ Google, Microsoft, LINE หรือผู้ให้บริการโมเดล AI อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการนั้นด้วย การใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google API เป็นไปตามนโยบายที่ระบุใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ของเรา เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความพร้อมใช้งานหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริการภายนอก
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แพลตฟอร์มให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือการสูญเสียข้อมูล/กำไร อันเกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ ความรับผิดรวมของเราจำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่องค์กรของคุณ ชำระในช่วง 12 เดือนก่อนเหตุ
9. การระงับและการยุติ
เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าใช้เมื่อมีการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนด หรือจำเป็นต่อความปลอดภัยของระบบ องค์กรของคุณอาจยุติการใช้งานได้ตามข้อตกลงการให้บริการที่มีกับเรา เมื่อยุติแล้ว ข้อมูลจะถูกจัดการตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และให้ศาลไทยมีเขตอำนาจ
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
หากมีการแก้ไขสาระสำคัญ เราจะประกาศบนหน้านี้พร้อมปรับวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ การใช้งานต่อถือว่ายอมรับฉบับแก้ไข

Moowan AI platform (revoxai.ai) · Effective: 5 สิงหาคม 2569 (August 5, 2026)
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Moowan AI platform (“the platform”, “we”) at revoxai.ai you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
The platform provides an AI assistant for organizations: chat with AI models, automated agents, a knowledge base (RAG), integrations with external services (such as Gmail, Google Drive/Sheets/Calendar, OneDrive, and LINE), a file manager for connected cloud drives, and organization-management tools. Available features depend on your organization’s configuration and your role.
3. Accounts and organizations
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — actions taken through your account are yours.
- Accounts are created or invited by organization administrators, who manage members, permissions, and data within their own organization.
- Connecting external accounts (such as Google) is optional and can be disconnected at any time in Settings.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, or creation/distribution of harmful content (malware, spam, phishing).
- No unauthorized access to other users’ or organizations’ data, and no circumvention of security measures.
- No use of automated email/messaging in ways that constitute spam or violate third-party terms (e.g., Google, LINE).
- No conduct that destabilizes the service, such as abnormal request volumes beyond assigned quotas.
5. Your content
Content you upload or create (messages, documents, files) remains yours or your organization’s. You grant us a license to process it only as needed to provide the service (storage, indexing, submission to AI models on your instruction). You represent that you have the rights to the content you bring into the system.
6. AI output
AI model responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — verify before relying on them for important decisions. Output is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
7. Third-party services
Integrations with Google, Microsoft, LINE, or AI model providers are additionally governed by those providers’ terms. Our use of Google API data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability of, or changes to, third-party services.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees your organization paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or when necessary for the security of the service. Your organization may terminate use per its service agreement with us. Upon termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with Thai courts having jurisdiction.
11. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
